Return Policy

At Royal Refrigerants, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific return guidelines that must be followed.

Return Labels

As a certified Hazmat shipper, we are legally prohibited from providing return labels to customers. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipments in full compliance with all applicable Hazmat shipping regulations.

Return Eligibility

We will accept returns only if:

• The item is properly packaged and shipped back following all Hazmat shipping regulations.
• The return is pre-approved by our customer service team.

Failure to comply with Hazmat shipping guidelines may result in the rejection of the return.

Restocking Fee

All returned items that meet our return requirements are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
